Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy. If your purchase is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start the return process, please contact us at traderwaltsofficial@gmail.com with your receipt and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returns. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.

Order Processing Time & Delivery
Our artisans require 2-5 business days (beyond weekends and public holidays) to meticulously prepare your order. In the case of extended delays due to high demand, we shall state the current processing time in the shop's announcements.
We cannot offer refunds for shipping delays, as carrier transit times are beyond our control. However, we do provide free shipping on qualifying orders as our way of saying thank you for your support.
